Online users now have another choice for their cyber needs in Internet service provider Infolient Broadband
INFOLIENT Broadband is a young and dynamic Internet service provider with access to the largest wireline network coverage in Malaysia.
"Infolient Broadband rides on the Streamyx platform," said group managing director Eric Chong. "The difference is that we have total control of it. We function individually from [Streamyx].
"Our services are specifically designed for engendering competitive advantage for customers across all sectors – home users, business and government. They are intended to simplify the end-user experience and company management of communications."
Infolient Broadband offers Home Broadband, Gaming Broadband and its in-house local content called Enterprise Broadband.
The Home Broadband package, with 1.0Mb speed, is priced at RM79 monthly. It operates separately from the phone line, enabling customers to access the Internet and use the fixed phone line simultaneously.
MyCNX Gaming Broadband is an exclusive private network for hardcore online gamers. Priced at RM79 monthly, the service is created with special traffic flow over an underlying public network to avoid the ‘Internet crowd’, which results in high and reliable bandwidth speed of 1.0Mb.
The Enterprise Broadband package is ideal for small- and medium-sized companies. It is bundled with Infolient Business Life, a business solution package consisting of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and LiveSite Content Management System where customers can customise their webpages.
CRM contains applications for managing and viewing customers’ information; sales tool designed to help profile customers, generate higher lead counts and customer retention; marketing tool to help plan marketing strategies and marketing campaign budget; and mass messaging application through email or SMS for marketing purpose.
The Enterprise Broadband is priced at RM99 monthly for EP99 (dynamic IP), RM129 monthly for EP129 (dynamic IP) and RM359 monthly for EP359 (fixed IP) at a broadband speed of 1.0Mb.
Chong affirmed that Infolient’s long-term goal is to build a community of business relationships with customers by providing quality solutions and services that deliver fast and responsive value.
Infolient Broadband service is currently available only in the Klang Valley with expansion to the southern and northern regions by next year and the East Coast region by 2010.
Infolient targets to achieve a subscriber base of 100,000 by year 2010.http://www.infolient.com/
