MORE Puspakom officers have been arrested by the Anti-Corruption Agency, bringing the tally to 36 officers. The agency swooped in on the eight additional officers this morning with one from Perak, four from Penang and three from Negeri Sembilan.
They were arrested on the suspicion of running a Puspakom-certification-for-bribes racket.
Tens of thousands approved by the arrested junior and senior officers will now face a recall for re-inspection.
"This is not the last of the arrests. There will be more to come," said the ACA investigation director Datuk Shukri Abdull.
